FILM FRIDAY!!!

Bet you didn’t know I would send special editions…well! I am happy to make your friday because this is a very special day….ITS FILM FRIDAY. Thats right, I got a roll of film back which is like christmas morning for yours truly. Normally I only post a few on instagram but you will be getting the whole roll, my favorites, my opsies and all in between. The photo on your right in my top pick of the bunch, its a fabulous picture and I absolute LOVE donuts.

I am very excited for this, especially because this roll of film turned out quite well. Lets get to it!!

theres this awesome mural in nopa that I obviously love because of the colors - it was kinda perfect with the people walking by cause I love having random people in my photos to spice them up

um come on this pic is gorg - the lighting, the bridge in the background, I love it!!

this was a gloomy morning and I like how your eye is drawn to the first half of the bridge and then you look to the second and you also see sutro tower.

im just loving the artsy vibes of this one and the lighting

a walk through nopa

this is around the time I was about to move from my apartment - I walked through the panhandle, I checked out the cherry blossoms, I made it to alamo square (I actually thought I took a picture of the painted ladies but I guess not lol). Overall I really like the way these turned out, some lighting issues in them but I think general composition is good and they serve as fun momentos of my time in nopa.

open mic day

of course I had to bring my film camera to open mic day - it was a bright and beautiful day which made for lovely, slightly over-exposed photos! but I still love the colors and the vibes.

baby shower!!!

these turned out a lot more orange than I thought they would, but they are still fun and flirty because the subjects are PERFECT!!!

a walk from aquatic park to fort mason

I am fortunate enough to live very close to both of these places and this is one of poppy and my favorite walks. I like how the lighting turned out in these but for some reason I dont quite love them.

a swamis sunset

these turned out FABULOUS, after catching up with adam we caught the sunset at swamis. I love the yellow flowers in front of the water and the palms and of course I always love a sunset picture, especially when there are surfers in it

oopsies!

this is right in front of my apartment but the yellow building is awfully over-exposed, especially in comparison to the other half which is under-exposed. A good idea because these things look really nice together and sometimes when there are two different lightings in a photo it can be really cool, but execution did not work out here.

bella is so hot and gorgeous and I thought the mix of shadow and light would be dope here, but it just kinda missed the mark for me.
